På den här blanketten kan föreningar inom HUS krets meddela om ett evenemang i HUS evenemangskalender!


Vi rekommenderar att du bara meddelar sådana evenemang som är öppna och tvärvetenskapliga.


Meddela informationen om evenemanget så noggrant som möjligt. Om det är möjligt att delta i evenemanget på flera språk än ett, kan du skriva alla språkversioner på samma gång genom att du lägger till versionerna i beskrivningen.


Vi publicerar evenemangen i evenemangskalendern ungefär inom två vardagar efter att du meddelat om evenemanget.

    Om uppgifterna om evenemanget måste kompletteras innan evenemanget publiceras i evenemangskalendern, kontaktar vi den anmälda kontaktpersonen. Kontaktuppgifterna sparas i en månad.

    Observera att du inte själv kan göra ändringar i uppgifterna om evenemanget. Kontrollera alltså uppgifterna om evenemanget innan du skickar det!
