Submit an event – Student Union of the University of Helsinki

You can use this form to submit an event to HYY’s event calendar!

We recommend only submitting events that are open to students over disciplinary boundaries.

Please enter the event information as accurately as possible. If people can participate in the event in more than one language, you can submit all language versions at the same time by including them all in the description.

Submitted events will be published in the event calendar within around two working days.
