Our Services Office provides a range of services to our members and to organisations operating within HYY. For example, you can visit the Service Office to pick up an academic year sticker for your student card or to borrow an induction loop for an event organised by your organisation.

How to get to our Services Office

Enter through the door between L’Occitane and Lush from Mannerheimintie. There is a Kupoli sign above the door. Take the lift to the 2nd floor.

    Reservations by e-mail
    
    Key collection on the day of booking, for the weekend on Friday, return on the next working day

- Lost and found
  
  Forgotten something? Items left in meeting rooms or other public areas can be delivered to our service office. If lost property does not find its owner by the end of the semester, we will send it for recycling.
  
  If you have lost items in the organisational premises, please contact the organisations directly.
  
  Items left on Unicafe premises should be requested directly from the University’s caretakers or from the restaurants concerned.

  For any enquiries about documents, please send an email to hallinto@hyy.fi. You can read more about publicity of HYY’s documents here.
  
  You can use this form to apply for a certificate of trusteeship in the Student Union of the University of Helsinki. Some of these positions of trust are internal to HYY, while others are external, for example on the university side.
