2 Premises allocation 2020 has started! DL 29 Apr at 3 pm

HYY is allocating organisational premises for 2021–2023. All organisations that operate under HYY and have entered their information into the TAHLO system may apply for the premises. To apply, organisations need to fill in the application form and the survey on the use of premises. Organisations that have already been using HYY’s organisational premises on the current allocation period must fill in the form for the allocation of premises, too.

The application form and the survey on the use of premises must be filled in by 3pm on 29 April. The forms are delivered to HYY’s Services Office (at Mannerheimintie 5 C, Hansa Passage, 00100 Helsinki) or to jarjesto@hyy.fi as PDF files. Late or deficient applications will not be processed.

HYY’s Financial Committee will draft a proposal based on the organisations’ wishes and then send it for comments for the summer.

See all the information and forms regarding the allocation of premises in HYY website.

4 Join HYY’s Discord server!

We have decided together with the Community Development Committee to set up the Student Union’s own Discord server! With face-to-face meetings banned, all students of the University of Helsinki can now get together there instead. Discord can be used on computers and smart devices, and the platform is perfect for planning, agreeing on and organising just the kind of activities you want.

Looking for someone to play games with? Check. Need peer support? Check. Want to arrange a coffee date in Habbo Hotel? Check. The possibilities are endless (although you should obviously still stay home).

Join the Student Union’s server on Discord using this link.
