Application period for HYY’s delegation to OLL’s General Assembly 2026 has started

Call for Applications: HYY’s representatives for the OLL General Assembly

The Finnish Student Sports Federation (Opiskelijoiden Liikuntaliitto, OLL) will hold its statutory General Assembly on 4-5 November 2026 in Nastola. HYY is seeking five (5) representatives to form HYY’s delegation for the Assembly. 

We ask groups to send a list of their candidates for the delegation by Sunday 4th October, at 23:59 to emil.aarnio@hyy.fi. 

A group may propose more than one candidate for the delegation. The HYY Board will select the delegation from the proposed candidates, taking into accout a diverse representation of groups. Travel and accommodation will be provided for the members of the delegation. 

General Assembly details:

• Date: Wednesday–Thursday, 4-5 November 2026 

• Location: Pajulahden urheiluopisto, Lahti 

• Meeting starts on Wednesday, 4 November at 13:00 

• Meeting ends by Thursday, 5 November at 15:00 

• No remote participation option available
