Info session about the allocation of premises on 23 May
The timeslot for an info session about the allocation of organisation premises has changed. The event will now be held on 23 May instead of 18 May.
We’re organising an info session for organisations operating under HYY about the allocation of organisation premises. We will discuss the process of the allocation and organisations can ask questions about the allocation. The event is held on 23 May at Wilhelmsson hall in the New Student House, starting at 3 pm.
You can come to the event without registering.
SCHEDULE FOR THE ALLOCATION OF PREMISES
- 31 May at 11:59 pm: Application form for premises closes
Late or deficient applications will not be processed
13 June: The Financial Committee makes a preliminary decision on the allocation of premises
1–30 July: The Financial Committee’s initial proposal is circulated for comments among the organisations
14 September: The Financial Committee meets to approve the initial proposal, which is then submitted to HYY’s Board for approval
21 September: HYY’s Board decides on the allocation of premises
1 January 2024: The allocation of premises takes effect
