We are looking for employees to distribute year tags in the autumn

NEWS

In the autumn, HYY will set up year tag distribution points on different campuses in cooperation with the University.

HYY’s members can pick up their year tag and calendar from the distribution points. We are now looking for employees to distribute the year tags on campuses.

The work is, at times, very hectic and requires precision in the use of the necessary register system. You will do fine in the position if you are conscientious, friendly and customer service–oriented. We will provide training on the duties, including the use of the register, for everyone selected for the positions. The training day will be held on 24 August at 1–3 pm. The training is compulsory to everyone selected for the positions. A salary is paid for the training period.

The year tag distribution points are located in the Kaisa library, Kumpula, Viikki and Meilahti.

The employees will work at the same distribution point the whole time. You can state which distribution point you would like to work at in the application form. The work lasts from one to three weeks, depending on the campus. Working times and shifts also vary from campus to campus.
