1. Nominate your Organisation Hero!
Do you know an organisation active whose commitment, positive attitude or incredible innovativeness you admire? Now you have a chance to let us know who you think should earn the title of organisation hero in order for them to get recognition for their efforts! The heroes will be published in the HYY155 party.

29 November at 10 pm Apollo fills up with a dazzling festive atmosphere – the most sparkly student party of the year is here! We will get to enjoy amazing music and festive mood until the small hours of the night. After midnight, the stage will be taken over by the wonderful Erika Vikman.

Have you come across a brilliant lecturer, a dedicated instructor an otherwise excellent teacher? HYY rewards this year’s best teacher, best international teacher and best instructor at the University of Helsinki. Send in your suggestions to us by 2 Nov!
4. Help with the long-term storage of archives
Are your organisation’s old documents getting in the way? What material should you store and how? Did you know that organisations operating under HYY can store their archives or parts of them in the Student Union’s archives? We only accept material that has been organised but are happy to provide you with instructions for going through and organising your material.

5. Help for organisations’ equality work
HYY’s equality guide provides instructions on how organisations can promote equality. The guide offers support on how to act in challenging situations, such as resolving harassment cases, for instance.
