1. Our Services Office returns home at the New Student House!
The Services Office is closed during the move, 20–22 March 2024. Our Services Office will start serving students at its new address (Mannerheimintie 5 B, 2nd floor) starting on Monday 25 March 2024.

All international organisations are invited to attend HYY’s International Committee’s Easter-themed social on Thursday 21 March, 6:00 pm. The event is held at Mechelininkatu 3 D. For further information see IC’s Instagram.

3. Would you like to sell your organisation’s overall badges through HYY’s Services Office?
Does your organisation have gorgeous overall badges but no opportunities to sell them? We have a solution for you! HYY is launching an overall badge brokerage service, allowing organisations operating under it to have their badges sold at HYY’s Services Office. HYY will take a 10% commission on sold badges to cover the costs caused by the brokerage. Sales revenue will be paid to the organisations twice a year.

4. Suggest a candidate for the Maikki Friberg equality and diversity award 2024!
The Maikki Friberg Award is granted annually for notable work towards the promotion of equality at the University of Helsinki. All members of the University community may suggest a candidate. Communities and units may also propose themselves for the award. Submit your suggestions by 21st March.
