1. Thank you for moving with us!A big thank you to your organisation and to every mover for the massive effort this spring! Moving HYY’s organisational premises has been a truly mammoth task, and it was a success thanks to you. So thank you for your hard work. We know that leaving your own premises involves complex emotions, and we appreciate how well you have handled the situation. In the autumn, activities will begin at the revamped Domus Gaudium and the library building. We will be organising training on the new facilities this autumn, and we want you, as the users of these spaces, to be involved in deciding how the facilities can best serve you. 2. Please remember to report changes to your organisation’s addressNotify the Finnish Patent and Registration Office (PRH) and Posti of changes to your organisation’s address. There is no charge for notifying the new address. We recommend setting up a temporary address change for the summer, for example to a board member’s home, since mail cannot be retrieved from HYY’s mailboxes until the fall. For the mailboxes provided by HYY, you can use the address Leppäsuonkatu 11, 00100 Helsinki as your organisation’s address. |
