What is Little HYY?
Little HYY offers temporary childcare help for HYY’s members.
We offer both individual reservations and regular time slots. Reservations should be made well in advance. The regular time slots for each academic term open for reservations at the beginning of the term but can be inquired about throughout the academic year. At the beginning of the academic term, you can reserve two regular slots for one week, with the maximum length of the reservation being four hours at a time. Reservations longer than four hours can be arranged on a case-to-case basis. Please inquire about a longer reservation when making it.
The minimum age for children is 6 months, and there is no maximum age.
The reservations are made by email. The childminders will also announce any time slots that have become vacant on Little HYY’s Facebook page. Please cancel your reservation if you do not need it after all. The full price is collected for uncancelled reservations.

You can inquire about reservations for the autumn term starting at August.
Little HYY is on a summer break 29 June–26 July 2026. Reservations for August are available.

Location
Little HYY operates on the City Centre campus at Siltavuorenpenger 3 C. The entrance is through the inner courtyard.

Pricing
The price is €5/hour, sibling discount available.
