Tällä lomakkeella HYYn piirissä toimiva järjestö voi ilmoittaa tapahtuman HYYn tapahtumakalenteriin!

Suosittelemme ilmoittamaan kalenteriin vain sellaisia tapahtumia, jotka ovat avoimia poikkitieteellisesti.

Ilmoita tapahtuman tiedot mahdollisimman tarkkaan. Jos tapahtumaan voi osallistua useammalla kuin yhdellä kielellä, voit ilmoittaa kaikki kieliversiot samalla kertaa lisäämällä ne kuvaustekstiin.

Ilmoitetut tapahtumat julkaistaan tapahtumakalenterissa noin kahden arkipäivän kuluessa.
