Reservation rounds for Alina Hall and Sivistys sauna for autumn 2025 start soon!

We organize reservation rounds twice a year for both Alina Hall and Sivistys sauna. During these rounds, organisations operating under HYY can reserve these facilities for their use.
Next up are the reservation rounds for autumn 2025! There will be two actual reservation rounds, preceded by an advance reservation round. Organisations participating in the reservation rounds must familiarize themselves with the instructions for the facility they are reserving before their reservation takes place. Instructions for using HYY’s festive and meeting facilities can be found in the HYY organisational info bank (login jarjesto.info@hyy.fi, password Sitruunapuu1234). An organisation may be granted one reservation for Alina and one for Sivistys during the reservation rounds. Any remaining free time slots can be reserved through HYY’s Services Office after the second actual reservation round.
Before participating in the reservation rounds, organisations must check available time slots in the electronic booking calendar.
Advance reservation round
Organizations may take part in the advance reservation round if they have a well-justified reason to apply for a specific date. Such reasons may include, for example, an anniversary celebration or another significant event tied to a specific date.

The advance reservation round will take place: 26 May–1 June 2025
Actual reservation rounds
There will be two actual reservation rounds. An organisation may take part in a reservation round if it has not been granted a reservation for the requested facility in previous rounds. Decisions on reservations will be made after each round and communicated to the organisations that participated.
Incomplete or late applications will not be processed. We will strive to provide organisations with one of their requested dates, and overlapping requests will be resolved by drawing lots.
The first actual reservation round will take place on 9–15 June 2025
