1. Would you like to showcase your activities to new students in autumn 2026?

HYY is organising or involved in the organisation of three events aimed at new students, and organisations operating under HYY are all very welcome to take part as well. You can use this form to sign up for the events of your choice all at once – and update your details later if needed.

The events:

• Check-in Event 26–27 August
• Opening Carnival 31 August
• Fresher Adventure 17 September

Registration using the form is open until 11.59 pm on 16 August. You can edit the checkpoint descriptions for the Fresher Adventure until 30 August. For the Check-in Event and the Opening Carnival, any edits made after 11.59 pm on 16 August will not be considered.

2. Facilities training for organisations and the opening of the new event space in August

At the end of August, we will hold a joint training session for organisationa to discuss the use of the new facilities, the upcoming booking calendar, and accessibility in the facilities. After the training, we’ll open the new event space together!

Training sessions:

• 20 August 3-5 pm
• 25 August 4-6 pm

The training session is organised twice. Organisations operating under HYY can join either training session.

After the second training session, on 25 August, we’ll celebrate the opening of the new event space together!
