Organisations may submit comments on the initial proposal for the allocation of premises until 31 July. Comments on the initial proposal should be made in writing andin electronic form – otherwise there is no set form. Unfortunately, we will not be able to take comments that are sent in late into account due to scheduling and preparatory reasons.
The decision on the proposal for the allocation of premises to be sent to the Board for confirmation will be made by the Financial Committee in its autumn meeting held on 14 September. The Board makes the final decision on the allocation of premises.
