Fresher Adventure 2026 AFTERPARTY

The Fresher Adventure, the biggest fresher event in Finland, will culminate in an amazing afterparty at Apollo! The atmosphere will heat up to tropical levels as soon as the doors open, with Apollo DJ’s unleashed to warm up the most cross-disciplinary dance floor of the autumn.
The glorious winners of the Fresher Adventure will be revealed and the prizes awarded at around 11 pm. At midnight, Jaakko Kulta will take the stage.
You can also participate in the ‘afterparty master’ challenge, with a gorgeous, unique overall badge as the prize. Tickets will be priced the following: adventurers and checkpoints hosts €13, members of HYY €15 and others €20. All tickets include the cloakroom fee (€4).

Participating in the event
A ticket for the event must be bought from Kide.app.
Assistants and interpreters can join the event for free. The event organiser does not provide interpretation for the event. Please inform the event organiser about a possible assistant or interpreter before the event to help us ensure as smooth participation to the event as possible.
You can bring an assistance or guide dog to the event.
Principles of safer space
At HYY’s events, you can participate in discussions and activities without fear of inappropriate treatment or harassment. Safe space is created in the interaction between people, and each one of us is responsible for this.
Language of the event
The official instructions and speeches at the event are issued in Finnish, Swedish and English. You can participate in the event in Finnish, Swedish and English.

Arriving at the event
The event is held at Apollo Live Club (at Mannerheimintie 16, 00100 Helsinki). We recommend arriving at the event by foot, bike or public transport if possible.
The location has good public transport connections from Kamppi and the Helsinki central railway station, for instance, where you can arrive by commuter train, bus, metro or tram. Read more about the accessibility of public transport on HSL’s website.

Physical restrictions at the event area
The premises are partially accessible. The area has long, gently sloping ramps. The lobby, the street-level cloakroom and the main hall that includes the dance floor can be accessed accessibly. The main hall can be accessed by using a platform lift. The karaoke floor in the cellar and the upper floor are non-accessible spaces that can only be accessed via stairs.
Sensory accessibility
Loud music is played in the premises, and the premises may be noisy otherwise too. The premises may be dim or feature bright, flashing lights. The premises may have theatrical smoke and strong smells in them. The premises may have a lot of people and be crowded, especially during the programme hosted on the stage.
There is no separately reserved silent room to retreat to in the event area.
