1. Facilities training for organisations and the opening of the new event space

At the end of August, we will hold a joint training session for organisationa to discuss the use of the new facilities, the upcoming booking calendar, and accessibility in the facilities. After the training, we’ll open the new event space together!

Training sessions:

• 20 August 3-5 pm
• 25 August 4-6 pm

The training session is organised twice. Organisations operating under HYY can join either training session.

After the second training session, on 25 August, we’ll celebrate the opening of the new event space together! You can register to join here.

The sessions are held in Finnish, but the materials will be translated into English and Swedish. You can find the materials later on from HYY’s info bank for organisations.

2. Try out HYY’s info bank for organisations

The info bank for organisations features a collection of guides, instructions and training material to help you with organisational activities. Among other information, the info bank includes an annual schedule for associations’ operation, basic information on good administration, instructions for individual officials and information on promoting equality in associations. You can access the data bank with the username jarjesto.info@hyy.fi and the password ‘Sitruunapuu1234’. Some material may be incomplete, and translations in particular are still missing.
