Changes in the opening hours (and location) of HYY’s Services Office May–June 2026

HYY is moving from the New Student House to Domus Gaudium in late spring 2026. As all HYY’s activities will be moving in connection to this, the move will also affect the opening hours of HYY’s Services Office.
HYY’s Services Office is closed on May Day but will be serving customers as usual during the week after May Day. On week 20, the Services Office is only open at the beginning of the week with reduced opening hours:
- Monday 11 May: open 10 am–12 noon
- Tuesday 12 May: open 10 am–12 noon
- Wednesday 13 May: open 10 am–12 noon
The Services Office is closed entirely from 14 to 29 May. During this period, services such as rental devices and products sold at the Services Office are not available. Customer service during the move is available mainly by email (info@hyy.fi for member services and toimisto@hyy.fi for organisational services).
In June, the Services Office is open 1–12 June at Domus Gaudium with reduced opening hours:
- Monday 12 noon–4 pm
- Tuesday–Friday 12 noon–3 pm
After Wednesday 13 May, HYY’s Services Office will no longer be located in the New Student House. Starting from 1 June, the Services Office will be located in the glass booth in the lobby of Domus Gaudium at Mechelininkatu 3, 00100 Helsinki. Access to the Services Office is through the entrance facing Leppäsuonkatu.
HYY’s Services Office provides various services for members and organisations. HYY’s members can, for instance, pick up the year tag for their student card from the Services Office. Keys to organisational premises and various devices are also picked up at the Services Office.
