1. Would you like to showcase your organisation’s activities to new students in autumn 2025?

HYY is organising or involved in the organisation of three events aimed at new students, and organisations are very welcome to get involved too:

• Check-in Event, 27–28 August
• The Opening Carnival, 1 September
• The Fresher Adventure, 24 September

You can use one form to sign up for the events of your choice all at once – and update your details later if needed. Registration using the form is open until 11.59 pm on 17 August.

2. Fresher Adventure’s checkpoint descriptions

You must send us your finalised checkpoint descriptions by 11.59 pm on 31 August on the registration form for autumn events. The link can be found in the email of the person who filled in the form.

3. HYY events calendar

On the HYY website you will find an events calendar, where organisations can also register their own events. The calendar is particularly useful for larger interdisciplinary events. Events should be submitted using a separate form. Events will be published within two working days of notification.

4. Would you like to sell your organisation’s overall badges through HYY’s Services Office?

Does your organisation have gorgeous overall badges but no opportunities to sell them? We have a solution for you! HYY is launching an overall badge brokerage service, allowing organisations operating under it to have their badges sold at HYY’s Services Office. HYY will take a 10% commission on sold badges to cover the costs caused by the brokerage. Sales revenue will be paid to the organisations twice a year.

5. Become a candidate in HYY’s Representative Council Elections!

Now is your chance to make a real impact on the activities of the Student Union and shape the future direction of HYY. The Representative Council is HYY’s highest decision-making body. As a member, you’ll influence the Student Union’s finances, advocacy, and make key appointments to the most important positions within HYY!

6. Little HYY is open

Our childcare service Little HYY provides HYY’s members with temporary childcare help. If you need help with childcare, for example during a lecture, Little HYY is the service for you! Timeslots for autumn can be booked as of 30 August.
