1. Prepare for the May Day closure!HYY’s organisational premises at the New Student House, Domus Gaudium and Mechelininkatu 3D are closed for safety reasons every May Day. Because of this closure, all events must end and the premises be empty by 5 pm on 30 April. The premises will remain closed until 10 am on 1 May. During the closure, hanging out in the buildings and premises or passing through them is not permitted. However, if your organisation needs to access the premises for some reason, to prepare for a sillis breakfast or pick up stuff in the morning, for instance, this needs to be agreed separately. Please note that consuming alcoholic drinks is forbidden in all of the premises during the closure. To be granted access to the premises, you will need to send a list of the names of everyone who needs access to the premises along with the times when they will be there. Send the list of names and times by email to toimisto@hyy.fi by Thursday 24 April. We will forward the information to Securitas on Friday 25 April. The representatives of Securitas will remove anyone whose name has not been submitted to HYY in advance from the premises. If you have any questions about the closure, please contact HYY’s organisational services. Further information: |
