HYY cancels Grand Sitsit and Opening Carnival due to the Coronavirus Situation

The Regional State Administrative Agency has decided to tighten restrictions related to Covid-19 in the Helsinki region. New restrictions start on the 20th of August.
HYY wants to take responsibility during this time and has decided to cancel Grand Sitsit on the 28th of August and the Opning Carnival on the 6th of September. These events can’t be organised within the new restrictions. We’ll inform our members if there are alternative ways to organise these events later on.
We recommend that our members take care of their hand hygiene, wear facemasks, and take a vaccine if that is possible.
