Register an event

With this form you can register an event to HYY’s event calendar!

 

We recommend that you register events that are open for also people other than your members.

 

Enter the details of the event as accurately as possible. If you can participate in the event in more than one language, you can register all language versions at the same time by adding them to the description text.

 

The registered events are published in the event calendar within about two business days.

Describe the purpose and the idea of your event.

The name of the place

Use full address: street name and number, post code and city name. The address will be used to form Google Maps link.

Select an option that describes you best.

The name of the organization or community who is organizing the event.

Enable this, if contact persons are not saved in this website as "People". Notice for developers: This group is disabled by conditional logic since this group is not in use. If organizer info needs to take into use, remove the conditional logic. Please notice that there's no support for displaying these contents in frontend.

    Is this one time event or does it have multiple occurrences?

    You may add an image that is representing the event. Events with images gains more attention.

    If the event information needs to be supplemented before the event is published in the event calendar, we will contact the registered contact person. Contact information is stored for one month.

    Please note that you cannot make changes to the event information yourself. So please check the event information before sending!
